About the role
In this role, you are at the heart of the warehouse operation. You ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining the high standards required in aviation.
You’ll work closely with your team on daily operations and step into a coordinating role when the Warehouse Supervisor is absent. It’s a hands-on position with responsibility.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
- Ensuring all documentation (including airworthiness) is complete and accurate
- Coordinating shipments and working with carriers
- Maintaining accurate inventory and supporting cycle counts
- Safeguarding quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Supporting occasional weekend or on-call activities when required
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience with SAP and scanning systems is a plus
- Knowledge of customs or aviation logistics is a strong advantage
- Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a regulated, high-standard environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
- In possession of a driving license and forklift certificate
- Eligible to obtain a Declaration of No Objection (VGB)
