Credit & Collections Specialist

We are seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to join and support our global services organization (GSI) at Black Box. This crucial role involves conducting collection calls, resolving customer disputes, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring compliance with credit policies while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, expertise in commercial, B2B and B2G credit and collections, and the ability to engage with customers professionally to drive timely payments.
