Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing product adoption data to help drive informed business decisions. The Data Analyst will collaborate across departments to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and develop repeatable actionable insights that support organizational goals.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
* Using data to build a deep understanding of our clients, users and their goals, needs and constraints
* Accountable for designing data outputs (Power BI dashboards & analytics reports)
* Training stakeholders (internal and clients) in data adaptation and literacy
* Delivering analytical solutions aligned to vision
* Work with PM & Tech Lead to deliver product analytics and project insights
* Creating and maintaining detailed and concise product and analytical documentation
* Accountable for prioritizing and responding to data-related queries
* Responsible for setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
* Produce reports and data insights that drive actionable outcomes

Basic Qualifications:
* Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
* Demonstratable experience in a methodical and logical way of thinking
* Customer-centric approach and a strong desire to understand user perspective and needs
* Strong, cross-functional and cross-organizational collaborator
* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in solutions development
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, mining and segmentation techniques
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
* Demonstratable experience in a methodical and logical way of thinking
