What You’ll Do As our Procurement Manager, you will be the architect of our supply chain and a master Sourcing Manager. You will go beyond transactional buying to manage the entire vendor lifecycle. Your primary focus will be to:
Lead strategic Sourcing Manager initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Act as our lead Vendor Relations Specialist, building and nurturing high-value partnerships that drive mutual success.
Negotiate complex service agreements and labor staffing contracts to optimize value.
Develop innovative procurement strategies that align with our long-term operational goals.
Monitor spend and performance metrics as a Vendor Relations Specialist to ensure strict compliance and continuous improvement.
What You Bring To The Team
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance (MBA or CPSM/CSCP certification is a plus!).
Experience: 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing; experience in facility services or labor staffing is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation prowess and the ability to analyze purchasing data to find "the win."
Mindset: A proactive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to excellence and professional integrity.
