Essential Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Notify Commercial Sales of upcoming projects for bid.
- Assemble plans, specs and bid dates for projects that will be bid.
- Take off materials and equipment from plans and specifications.
- Contact suppliers and vendors to get prices on materials and equipment as necessary.
- Estimate labor to install all equipment and material per project.
- Tabulate total price for project per standard Newcomb & Company calculation procedure and review with commercial sales....
