About the Job 

We’re looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our Consumer Business Unit, based in North Sydney.

This is a hands-on commercial role, working closely with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance to help improve promotional performance, trade investment and profitable growth across our consumer portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, Consumer, this role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, spotting opportunities and turning insights into practical recommendations that help the Sales team make better customer decisions.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Support customer promotional plans that help drive sales, brand growth and profitability.

  • Review promotional performance, trade spend and ROI to understand what is working and where we can improve.

  • Use sales, shopper, scan and market data to spot opportunities and support customer planning.

  • Support pack, price, mix and margin initiatives that help grow higher-value products and improve profitability.

  • Work closely with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance on trade terms reviews, forecasting, customer planning and joint business planning.

Ideally you will have

  • Commercial experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, skincare, retail or a similar consumer-led industry.

  • A good understanding of promotions, trade spend, pricing, margin, P&L or customer profitability.

  • Experience across revenue growth, category, sales operations, commercial finance, trade strategy, pricing or customer planning.

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations.

  • Exposure to Circana, IQVIA, EPOS, shopper or scan data would be highly regarded.

  • A collaborative style and confidence working with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance teams.
