Job Summary

This entry level role supports the Individual and Family Market (IFM) division by creating reports, basic analysis, and data insights using Tableau. The analyst helps translate business needs into reporting requirements, builds and maintains datasets using reporting tools, and assists in analyzing data to support business decisions. This role involves identifying trends, supporting team projects and strategic initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver clear and actionable information. The analyst will also build relationships with stakeholders and develop a strong understanding of the division’s data to effectively support ongoing business needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree OR 2 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting data.
* Build knowledge of division, business processes and customers.
* Assist in solving a range of problems.
* Assist with possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.
* Assist in producing data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.
* Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights with guidance.
* Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
* Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$45,900.00 - $102,100.00
