What’s in it for you:
Installs, configures, modifies, and repairs products, equipment, and systems that have been purchased by the organization's customers.
Troubleshoots, investigates, and resolves standard technical problems that arise during start-up.
Responds to routine enquiries from customers about the technical aspects of the organization's products and services.
What you will do:
- This role plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing service support on products and services.

- Receives regular instruction, guidance and direction.

What you will bring:

- Entry level professional with broad theoretical knowledge,
