Service Repair Manager

In this role you will coordinate repairs for all customer and branch welders and equipment Troubleshoot equipment to determine repair needs is part of your role Perform minor repairs on welders and related equipment Arrange delivery and pickup of equipment from repair facilities and handle incoming calls and assist walk-in customers You will also address and resolve customer complaints Maintain welder repair inventory and manage billing and final adjustments for repaired equipment Process service warranty claims You will research cylinder transactions for audits and recommend follow-up actions Process cylinder and rental adjustments as directed Bill customers for loss of use Issue credits and rebills for designated regions (DM North and DM Central)
