Job Summary:

Maintains financial records, monitors procurement transactions, provides administrative processing support, and provides customer service for staff and customers in an assigned program area to support program financial management.

Job Description:

  • Monitors, organizes, and updates procurement transactions, accounts payable/receivable transactions, fiscal records and reports and affiliated materials, processes reimbursements and assigns funding codes in accordance with established rules, regulations and policies.
  • Tracks vendor reports, records and fund ledgers using existing tracking systems to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations.
  • Drafts communications and reports, maintains organization of varied records and secures resources for financial activities to provide administrative support within a specified work unit.
  • Answers fiscal questions and provides information based on set materials and standards to various audiences.

Compensation:

$18.64 - $27.96
