Job Description
EBI is seeking a full-time Program Manager who will be responsible/in charge of the overall execution of each project assigned for the Commercial Real Estate service line which includes reviewing debt level Property Condition Reports. The Program Manager will collaborate with internal and external clientele to develop project schedules and milestones, establish project deliverables commitments, and resolve deficiencies. The Program Manager will be responsible for the generation, revision, and production of reports throughout the life cycle of each project, and will serve as a senior engineering technical lead. In this role, the Program Manager will be responsible for reviewing draft Property Condition Reports and completing report revisions as necessary to meet the needs of our clients.
