Project Manager (HUD AEC)

EBI Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join our HUD Architecture, Engineering, and Cost Review (AEC) team, which delivers HUD Plan Reviews and Cost Analyses for multifamily and healthcare projects, including substantial rehabilitation, new construction, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. This role requires a strong understanding of building performance, construction, and/or design, with an emphasis on multifamily and/or healthcare. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional AEC teams to successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing report development throughout the full project lifecycle.
