Assistant Managers play a key leadership role supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within OPWDD programs at Life’s WORC. You will oversee daily operations, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure person-centered services align with each individual’s goals. Responsibilities include staff coaching, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Assistant Managers collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor program quality, and step in to support individuals as needed.
