Mission
As part of the Agile transformation of Proton Therapy R&D, you are responsible for the people leadership and overall performance of a multidisciplinary team delivering solutions for our Beam system.
As R&D Manager, you are accountable for team cohesion, engagement, talent development, and operational effectiveness.

- Drive improvements in team performance, collaboration, and delivery efficiency
- Contribute to broader organizational improvements
What we value
You are an experienced leader with a strong passion for people development. You combine coaching and leadership skills with a solid technical background and thrive in Agile, multidisciplinary environments.
- A few years of experience in at least one of the discipline: Software development, Business Analyst or Solution Architect in a regulated environment.
- Strong active listening and communication skills, enabling trust and clarity across teams
- A high level of flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, with a clear understanding that Agile brings transparency and efficiency while requiring continuous adjustments
- The ability to operate with a clear vision while embracing test-and-learn approaches and iterative improvement
- The capacity to advocate for your convictions with both tact and determination, balancing influence and assertiveness
- A firm and assertive mindset, able to make decisions, arbitrate when needed, and ensure consistency in execution

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 62900 - 95500 €
The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.”
