Coordenador de Comunicação de Marketing LAS

Atuar como parceiro estratégico das unidades de negócios para assuntos de marketing a fim de aumentar o reconhecimento da marca PPG, bem como contribuir para o crescimento dos negócios em segmentos e geografias.

Descrição da Vaga

• Colaborar com as equipes de liderança de Marketing e Comercial para estabelecer estratégias de comunicação no mercado, seja para proteger os negócios existentes ou para contribuir com o crescimento.
• Apoiar os desenvolvimentos e manutenção do ecossistema digital para a região LAS, incluindo site, mídias sociais, webinars, entre outros.
• Alinhar a proposta de valor e as principais mensagens de marketing para a região.
• Gerenciar, otimizar e reportar campanhas, garantindo seu sucesso a partir dos KPIs e resultados (qualitativos e quantitativos).
• Executar campanhas on-line e offline alinhadas às prioridades de vendas, incluindo:
• Planejar e executar o calendário de eventos e ativações de marca (virtuais, híbridos e presenciais).
• Criação de conteúdo de marketing (folders, brochuras, apresentações, entre outros).
• Gestão de parcerias e patrocínios com clientes, associações e outros, de acordo com a necessidade do mercado e do time comercial.
• Acompanhar e reportar os resultados dos eventos, ações ou campanhas, de acordo com KPIs e metas estabelecidas pelo Marketing e negócio.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

• Superior completo em Comunicação Social (Jornalismo, Marketing ou áreas correlatas)
• Experiência de 5 anos ou mais em comunicação, organização de eventos e marketing
• Inglês fluente
• Espanhol intermediário (desejável)
• Superior completo em Comunicação Social (Jornalismo, Marketing ou áreas correlatas).

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Desejável MBA em Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
• Facilidade em trabalhar em equipe.
• Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de vendas (SAP, Client Link ou outros).
• Pacote Office completo.
• Habilidade para montar apresentações e relatórios.
• Experiência em gerenciamento de orçamento e criação de reportes para a diretoria.
• Desejável ter carteira nacional de habilitação.
• Disponibilidade para viajar cerca de 30% ou mais do tempo para gestão e acompanhamento de eventos e do time comercial.
