Job Description
- Manage a third-party field service agreement site-based offering and delivering technical operations managers, facility and network technicians to support Google Cable Landing Stations (gCLS) across Indian Ocean.
- Coordinate reactive maintenance works (PFE, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, general facilities) for all CLSs in the APAC region.
- Lead all preventative and reactive maintenance activities, run regular inspections and liaison with external parties in case of infrastructure threatening or effecting works.
- Keep stakeholders informed about current work and discuss decisions and directions with them. Manage budget, enhance process, continuous improvement and development.
- Oversee technical and program team leads through the completion of required maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to maintain equipment to our global standard.
