Executive Assistant

37.5 hours per week

FTC 6 months with potential to extend

On-site working required

What you’ll do

  • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, meetings and priorities for senior executives
  • Prepare agendas, presentations and take clear, accurate minutes to support decision-making
  • Act as a key point of contact, managing communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless and well-planned itineraries
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges to support the Executive and wider team

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an EA or PA capacity
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience producing high-quality documents and presentations
