Baggage agents are responsible for handling documents related to lost, damaged, or unclaimed baggage, learning and operating the computer system used for tracking baggage. The perfect candidate should be able to demonstrate top tier customer service skills, the ability to deescalate customers in stressful situations and have impeccable communication skills between the Menzies team and the customers as well as being comfortable working with computers.
