Life Enirchment Part Time
Casa de Ramana a great place to work is hiring a Life Enrichment / Activity Aide to help run daily life enrichment activities and programs for the residents in the Center. The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, and a self starter. This is a great opportunity for a creative person who enjoys making a difference!
Full time - Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday, Friday from 11:am to 7: 00pm and every other weekend from 9am to 5pm.

Some of the job responsibilities of the Life Enrichment Assistant / Activity Aide:

Demonstrates the ability to implement the planned activity scheduled for the day, location and time assigned.

Documents resident attendance at functions as well as one on one visits.

Establishes relationships with residents, families and community visitors, to foster their support and involvement.

Promotes the residents’ rights in the center, provides care and services in a manner that promotes dignity and respect for residents, families, other staff and community

Demonstrates the ability to apply population specific knowledge of (sub acute, dementia, pediatrics, and residents with multiple disabilities) to the daily care of the residents. May be asked to participate in care plan and family meetings.
Education and Experience of the Life Enrichment Assistant / Activity Aide:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience in the healthcare field required. Experience working with geriatric population preferred.
