
Senior Product Sales Manager, Lifecycle Concepts and Digital Services
Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Product Sales Manager to operate and develop our Lifecycle Concepts & Digital Services business in China. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology units, regional sales teams, and capital project teams to drive service sales, enhance customer experience, and build long-term lifecycle agreements.
You will be a key player in achieving financial targets, developing sales strategies, and promoting digital service solutions across the PAC Service China organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Lead the sales and development of lifecycle concepts and digital services, including lifecycle agreements and service sales for capital projects within CN PAC SER.
Financial Performance: Achieve financial goals for lifecycle concepts and digital services in the assigned region.
Customer Engagement: Visit customers to maintain strong relationships and act as a key negotiator for lifecycle and digital service agreements.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate sales and development activities across Technology Units and Regions, and collaborate with capital teams to integrate services into various project phases.
Planning & Reporting: Support annual planning, KPI target setting, action plan creation, implementation, follow-up, and progress reporting for lifecycle and digital services.
Customer Experience & Profitability: Work with global and local teams to ensure excellent customer experience and profitability.
Reference Management: Manage local references for lifecycle concepts and digital services to support broader business growth.
Training & Enablement: Educate the local organization on lifecycle and digital service business models, leveraging global teams and resources.
Marketing Support: Create and execute marketing actions to promote lifecycle and digital service offerings.
Compliance & Quality: Follow all company policies, regulations, and quality systems (e.g., ISO14001, OHSAS18001).
Expectations for you :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, papermaking science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in lifecycle concepts, digital services, or similar business roles.
Industry Knowledge: Experienced in the pulp and paper industry.
Sales & Communication: Strong sales and communication skills.
Mindset: Proactive working style and strong drive for results.
Language: Good spoken and written English skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently.
