Retail Pharmacy Clerk - Pharmacy Downtown Retail - FT Varying Shifts

POSITION SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, greets customers in a friendly, professional manner, screens customer and responds to routine requests and refers to pharmacist or technician when needed. Provides service that is appropriate for age related differences. Assists customers with product location in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintains the clerk and customer area in a neat and orderly manner. Performs cash register duties as assigned to ensure correct financial transactions. Efficiently operates cash register including cash, checks, charges, payroll deduct and credits, Maintains documentation of the register and assists in deposit preparation.
