Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and deployment of marketing initiatives across a global network of 3,500+ wholesale accounts and future retail + travel retail stores. This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, ensuring that campaigns, toolkits, and assets are delivered seamlessly to partners and internal teams. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency and enabling efficient execution across diverse markets and account tiers.
Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating projects, logistics and activities i.e.: Swatchbooks, GWP, POS, Sales meeting and events.
Manage DAM drive, photo albums with sales content
Work with our printers globally and GWP partners to ensure the showrooms and customers have what they need to support the sales seasons.
Create purchase order requests and manage invoices from vendors & supplier
Work with other internal teams to provide marketing support for various events
Create briefs based on requests for co-operative advertising
Work closely with sales organization to ensure any marketing initiatives and events follow the outlined process, request forms, seasonal market calls, briefs, execution in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
Order marketing material and coordination shipment to customers
Manage general marketing email inbox including dispatching general requests from Sales Team to Marketing and Creative.
Coordination of gifting materials and product including sample management and internal orders for Influencers / Ambassadors
Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or operations (fashion/retail preferred)
Experience working with vendors, printers or production partners
Highly organized with strong attention to detail – precision, speed & consistency are crucial for success.
Comfortable managing projects, deadlines, workback schedules and distribution of assets across multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills (internal and external)
Proficiency in tools like Excel, project management platforms, and asset management systems
Experience with eCommerce platforms or digital assets is a plus
