This role is an internship in our 70-strong global investment team. You will be supporting the whole private equity investment lifecycle: deal sourcing, deal execution and portfolio monitoring
You will be part of either our Flagship (Astorg VIII) or Midcap investment team and will work across all three of Astorg's priority sectors (healthcare, technology, business services)
Start date: Availabilities in September 2026 & January 2027
Duration: 6 months
Location: Paris (Fridays can be remote)
Compensation: In line with market standards

Numerical / business degree preferred (Maths, Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, Physics, etc.), with outstanding academic track record (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, X, Mines, Centrale, Ponts...)
Previous internship experience in M&A investment banking, Management Consulting or Private Equity is highly preferred
Native or fluent French speaker with fluent English mandatory. Other European languages (German, Italian) an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills and verbal reasoning
Ability to work under pressure and independently, and manage deadlines

Enjoys entrepreneurial environments where autonomy and initiative are encouraged
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Right to work in France
