APAC Ad Policy Project Intern (GMPT-BI) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Introduction The Regional Product and Policy team is part of the global Business Integrity team who ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze policy documents and related materials.
• Conduct comprehensive research to support policy development and implementation.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure policies are effectively communicated and understood.
• Provide expert advice and support on policy matters relevant to the region.
• Monitor and report on policy trends and regulatory changes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and community organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Understanding of the impact ad policy decisions have on advertisers and users;
• Good verbal and written English communication skills;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and rapidly growing environment;
• Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently a Master's Degree Student. Already possess Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
