Descripción del puesto We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within business analysis, project management, and digital environments. The mission of this role will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and define solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a fast‑paced, global production model. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, contributing to process improvements, business efficiency, and the execution of strategic initiatives. Responsabilidades Contribute to proposal development, including documentation, estimates, risks, assumptions, and schedules based on client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives and project requirements. Strong profile in documentation processes and requirements gathering. Support Product Owners/Project Managers in defining project scope, as well as identifying, documenting, and prioritizing requirements. Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders and team members. Conduct thorough business analysis to define scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables. Analyze business processes, data flows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and increase efficiency. Ensure business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and communicated to stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to incorporate requirements into project plans and schedules. Manage and prioritize backlog items aligned with project goals and objectives. Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support development teams. Create and maintain business process models (flowcharts, diagrams) to support understanding of current and future states. Cualificaciones Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles. Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall) and experience with project management tools. Experience analyzing business processes, systems, and data to drive improvements and efficiency. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Ability to identify risks, raise red flags, and propose solutions proactively. Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with digital environments and business strategy execution. Intermediate‑to‑advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
