HPM Service Leader
Your role:
- Lead the overall HPM service business strategy creation and operational execution
- Responsible for the HPM service financial performance, in charge of HPM service P&L
- Responsible for the go-to-market strategies, service portfolio in creation of integral value propositions driving profitable growth
- Managing Maintenance Services delivery performance, compliance and quality towards customers
- Driving optimal Customer Experience (NPS), against contractually agreed customer service levels
- Ensuring compliance with all Services delivery processes in line with Q&R policies
- Drive performance culture by LEAN empowerment of service team
- Recruit and develop HPM service team with med-tech backgrounds, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and people development plan
- Compliance and risk control in service business
You're the right fit if:

- Proven business acumen in the Med-tech industry, especially with experience in service sales and team management
- Proven record in P&L responsibilities
- Great attention on compliance and have good track record
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
