Leasing Professional – The Preserve Apartments
$22–$24/hour
A prospect walks into the leasing office.
They’re not just looking for an apartment. They’re trying to picture what their next chapter looks like.

Before they ever see an apartment, they meet you.
And often, that’s what they remember most.
 
We’re hiring a Leasing Professional at The Preserve Apartments — someone who understands that leasing isn’t about unlocking doors and quoting rates. It’s about creating an experience that helps people feel confident in their decision.

This isn’t a “give a tour and send a follow-up email” position.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, hospitality, customer experience, and relationship building.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Greeting and engaging prospective residents
  • Conducting personalized community and apartment tours
  • Building rapport and identifying prospect needs
  • Managing lead follow-up through calls, emails, and text communication
  • Converting traffic into applications and signed leases
  • Maintaining accurate records within company systems
  • Assisting with resident retention and renewal efforts
  • Supporting marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
  • Contributing to a professional, welcoming office environment

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Property management experience is a plus, but not required
