Leasing Manager – Ivy & Elm | $65.000 - $75,000
 
The phones are ringing.
A prospect is waiting for a tour.
A leasing consultant needs help closing a lease.
Occupancy goals are approaching, and the team is looking for direction.

The difference between a busy leasing office and a successful one usually comes down to leadership.
 
We're hiring a Leasing Manager at Ivy & Elm — someone who can lead from the front, develop a high-performing team, and turn leasing activity into results.
 
What This Role Really Is
This isn't a role where you simply manage a calendar or monitor reports.
This role is about creating consistency, accountability, and performance across the leasing operation.

You'll be responsible for helping prospects choose Ivy & Elm while coaching your team to deliver an exceptional experience every step of the way.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Leading and developing the leasing team
  • Driving occupancy, leasing, and renewal goals
  • Coaching leasing professionals on tours, closing techniques, and follow-up
  • Monitoring leasing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Managing lead flow and ensuring timely communication with prospects
  • Supporting marketing, outreach, and resident engagement initiatives
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of market conditions and competitor activity
  • Ensuring an exceptional prospect and resident experience
  • Partnering with property leadership to achieve community goals
  • Creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, and results
 
What We're Looking For
  • Previous leasing experience required
  • Previous leasing leadership or management experience preferred
  • Student housing experience is a plus
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading team members
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
