Job Description

Purpose of the Job The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and controlling of all aspects of the Company’s payroll function in the LATAM region. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative duties involving the development and maintenance of payroll, internal controls and records, and the supervision of the payroll process cycle.     Key Responsibilities Planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the Company’s payroll function; supervising the day-to-day payroll processing and various payroll schedules. Review payroll documentation and accounting reports for accuracy through audits and make any necessary adjustments, ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures and federal and state regulations and ensure all necessary back up is accurately stored on People+Talent drive. Enters payroll into Automatic Data Processing (ADP) system, processes, calculations, and posts a variety of payroll actions. Communicates with the People+Talent team to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires, terminations, transfers, rate changes; makes updates as necessary and all about validating information needed for audits. Research and resolves questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll information such as retroactive pay calculations, tax questions and keep track of progress until resolved. Partners with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) or payroll vendors to ensure paychecks are distributed in a timely manner; distribute checks locally prior to direct deposit establishment. Manage employee attendance, vacation tracking, and leave (control reported leaves of absence to request refund in the health entities) management, maintaining employment records and files in accordance with legal requirements (payroll process) and company policies and procedures.   Partner with cross-functional teams to create and implement process improvements/special projects.   Knowledge, Skills + Experience 3+ years of experience running and managing a complex payroll (different LATAM countries). Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. Fluent in English. Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, regulations and standards related to payroll systems and employee benefits. Experience with ADP People+Talent /Payroll system. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are required.  Able to handle highly confidential information. Extremely high level of written and verbal communication skills. Strong background in Microsoft Office – Highly proficient in Excel. Must be a self-starter, with a drive for excellence and accuracy.  Must be extremely process and detail oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.   #LI-NM1#LI-Hybrid
