Team Introduction TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with a brilliantly engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streamings, hit charts and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute on-platform promotional campaigns across SoundOn EMEA's Label Services roster, with full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
- Creator Campaigns: Develop and manage creator-led promotional campaigns on TikTok, identifying content opportunities and campaign approaches that support artist and label objectives.
- Catalogue Growth & Opportunities: Partner with the Label Services team to surface and reactivate existing titles within partner catalogues, identifying new commercial opportunities through TikTok-led promotion.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Collaborate with the Label Services team and SoundOn stakeholders across regions to identify and execute cross-market promotional opportunities for priority releases and catalogue titles.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze campaign performance, creator activity, and conversion metrics to evaluate success, generate actionable insights, and inform future campaign strategies.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- 5 years of experience in digital content, influencer/creator marketing, label services or the music-related industry.
- Experience working with label partners as opposed to directly with artists.
- Experience planning and executing creator-led or digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, creator ecosystems, music promotion, and social media trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and German (verbal and written) language skills are desirable, to communicate and build deep relationship with our German partners.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience working across multiple markets and international stakeholders.
