Float Certified Nurse Assistant

Las Ventanas, a Human Good Community located in Las Vegas - Nevada The CNA actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing and/or designee. ONC - $17.50 to $24.75 DOE. This is a true Float Position that floats between the Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Support. Scheduled days vary, and scheduled hours may be days, nights, or NOC
