Position Overview
As the Talent Sourcing Partner, you will focus on creating, building, and executing end-to-end sourcing strategy. You will be responsible for pro-active attracting talent for open and forecasted roles, across multiple skillsets, industries and locations. In addition, you will build and manage talent pipelines and communities for targets skillsets for our clients.
What will you be doing:
In partnership with our Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will join calls to align on role requirements, and/or function specific candidate sourcing needs to help narrow your search
Proactively build talent pipelines ahead of gaps/vacancies by developing sourcing strategies that will target critical, high-level talent in highly competitive and challenging markets
Targeted sourcing of passive and active candidates through advanced search techniques including Boolean search using internal direct sourcing technologies, external job boards, and social media
Build and leverage marketplace intelligence and ecosystems to contribute to sourcing effectiveness, as well as to share with key internal stakeholders when needed
Conduct pre-screening of candidates when necessary to build healthier and more comprehensive “ready now” and “ready later” candidate pools
Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple clients & internal stakeholder partners
Providing updates and reporting on critical roles and sourcing activities to stakeholders and reporting.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized documentation and tracking for candidates, searches, and other sourcing activities
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 2+ years’ experience talent sourcing in either a corporate or agency environment
Have extensive experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
Proven ability to partner with Recruiters to design and implement candidate sourcing strategies
Strong understanding of a candidate funnel, and the activity that is needed to drive quality into the top of the funnel to maximize bottom funnel results
Demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results, often in the face of challenges or obstacles.
Possess exceptional communication skills with recruiters, candidates and internal stakeholders
