Director of Product, Identity & Access

As Director of Product, Identity and Access you will drive the product strategy and execution for Indeed's Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform across B2C (hundreds of millions of job seekers) and B2B (employer organizations from SMBs to global enterprises). You will set and continuously refine strategy for your domain, translating company and business-unit goals into clear, coherent product portfolios — and holding your team accountable for delivering outcomes that ladder up to those goals.
