Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven B2B Marketing Manager to drive merchant acquisition and ecosystem growth for TikTok Shop Brazil.

This role will focus on identifying, packaging, and amplifying high-impact success cases (e.g., brand growth stories, campaign wins, seller breakthroughs) into compelling narratives, and distributing them across multiple channels to attract and educate potential sellers and partners.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Category, Strategy, Ads, Partnerships, and Operations) to turn business results into scalable marketing assets that drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Case Study Development

  • Identify high-potential success cases across categories (e.g., beauty, FMCG, fashion)
  • Transform complex business results into clear, compelling, and data-driven stories
  • Develop structured case studies (e.g., playbooks, success frameworks, best practices)

Content Strategy & Distribution

  • Build a scalable content strategy targeting B2B audiences (brands, sellers, partners)
  • Distribute content across multiple channels including: - Industry media - Social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) - Events, webinars, and offline activations
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of TikTok Shop’s value proposition

Merchant Acquisition Enablement

  • Use content and success cases to support seller acquisition and onboarding
  • Collaborate with BD and AM teams to create tailored narratives for key prospects
  • Develop pitch materials, decks, and storytelling assets

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (Ads, UG, Campaigns, Product) to extract insights and data
  • Align with global and regional teams to localize best practices for Brazil
  • Coordinate with PR and external agencies for broader amplification

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define KPIs for B2B marketing impact (e.g., lead generation, conversion, content reach)
  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize content strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing
  • Strong storytelling ability with a data-driven mindset
  • Proven track record of turning business insights into scalable marketing content
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with marketplaces, creators, or seller ecosystems
  • Familiarity with performance marketing (Ads, GMV-driven growth)
  • Experience in case-based marketing or thought leadership content
  • Exposure to LATAM markets is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital platforms is highly preferred
