Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead sales efforts in the Tractors and Farm Equipment (TFE) segment. The role involves managing a team of Direct Sales Team (DST) members, building strong relationships with dealers and channel partners, and ensuring smooth loan processing and early delinquency management. The ideal candidate should have a background in vehicle financing and a strong customer orientation.

Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to ensure consistent sales productivity. Source business through manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets. Establish and manage tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement. Follow up on early delinquency cases and manage post-disbursement documents (PDDs). Support development of both direct and indirect sales teams.
