Summary

In 2022, ESET launched its global Corporate Solutions division, dedicated to supporting large companies and public institutions with bespoke cybersecurity solutions. The Corporate Solutions (CS) division is scaling up its cybersecurity professional services team that advises our corporate clients on protecting their most critical assets and operations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager (m/f/n) to take responsibility for end-to-end, content-based delivery management of cybersecurity and cyber-resilience solutions for large critical infrastructure clients.

Your responsibilities: 

• Technical Presales: Lead technical presales activities, including designing solutions tailored to client needs and effort estimation.
• Proposals & Contract Support: Collaborate with sales and legal teams on proposals and contracts development.
• Project Management: Manage delivery of assigned projects or activities with agreed methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid) against approved scope, budget, work effort, and quality.
• Technical Delivery Coordination: Manage and coordinate all activities across project stages: analysis, design, development, testing, commissioning and handover to operations.
• Resource Management: Manage and coordinate internal resources across the ESET organization as well as external resources including 3rd parties, partners, and contractors involved in assigned activities.
• Development Management: Manage assigned development activities, ensuring alignment with requirements and ESET's strategic direction.
• Service Operations Handover: Manage handover to service operations and collaborate with the service operations team as needed to ensure seamless transition and continuity.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Work side-by-side with Key Account Manager, directly engaging with client delivery teams and stakeholders to build trusted and long-term commercial relationships.
• Marketing Support: Support marketing activities and promotion of Corporate Solutions products, projects and technologies.
• Standards & Continuous Improvement: Develop, improve, and enforce ESET Corporate Solutions standards, delivery methodologies, processes, and tools.

Our requirements: 

• University degree, preferably in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Networks, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of delivery management experience with a proven track record in management of complex projects for international clients in critical infrastructure or public sector environments.
• Strong technical background with the ability to continuously learn about new areas, technologies, and domains as the cybersecurity landscape evolves.
• Working knowledge of system integration and software development principles with ability to oversee and guide complex technical activities.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Experience in OT/ICS environments, or critical infrastructure is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, particularly in OT/ICS and critical infrastructure contexts is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g. IEC 62443, NIS2, NIST) is an advantage.
• Experience with product management principles and practices, including product lifecycle, roadmap planning, and translating client needs into product requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance work efficiency.
• English at C1 level (professional proficiency).

Travel

• Global role includes occasional short-term business trips.

Basic wage component (gross): from 3600 EUR

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 15% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
• The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
