Marvell Custom Compute & Storage - CCS BU has been at the forefront of developing and delivering leading-edge, high-performance data processing silicon platforms. By delivering a stream of technical innovations through a diverse set of fast‐growing product lines, Marvell technology is powering the next‐generation data processing and workload acceleration platforms for the Cloud/Enterprise and Custom Compute market segments. The team focusses on the Custom ASIC business, Cloud AI solutions & Enterprise/Career solutions including Storage, Accelerator and CXL product line.What You Can Expect
Operations and Planning support
- Participate in planning meetings and collate required information related to work assignment/WBS
- Translate WBS data to inhouse tools for assignment tracking
- Own activities like onboarding / offboarding of temporary resources
- Updates on internal portals maintaining task assignments, projections
- Create progress indicators on Efforts, schedule & technical KPIs
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze project forecast Vs actuals for Resources, tools, IT capacity etc. and generate valuable insights on project status and issues.
- Create Monthly Dashboards which include Execution trends, Capacity metrics, Vendor team performance etc.
- Perform retrospective analysis and drive process improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as an interface between engineering teams & other stakeholders.
The stakeholders include Vendor teams, IT teams, Tools team and other
support functions.
- Ensure problems are effectively escalated and crisis management is activated as needed.
Infrastructure & Tools
- Maintain project management information.
- Use automation to create Monthly/Weekly Dashboards
- Ensure proactive problem resolution and data integrity of the reports.
- Use of AI tools in productivity improvement
What We're Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering /Science/Commerce
Experience
7+ years experience in supporting Hardware (pre-silicon) projects
Tools
Proficient in PowerBI; MS Excel, Seatable, Python
Data Skills
Advanced data analysis capabilities (Power BI, SQL,VBA)
Soft Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and presentation capabilities, proactive, assertive, flexible and having good analytical skills
Language
High-level English
