About the Role

Drive Agency recruitment effectively & productively & align with Agency business strategic KPIs – Uplifting Quality Recruit – Target New Recruit 456 in 2026.

•Drive NR KPIs in PP
•Drive Recruitment Activity, Challenge, Applications, Skill & Will support
•Lead Recruitment Townhall (Monthly)
•Lead Recruitment Workshop (Bi-Weekly, Senior & Junior)
•Support PP AEs to drive NR active within 30days
•Support Next Gen Leader Promotion
•Manage Digital Leads & Drive conversion (contribution 30% of total NR)
•Tracking PP applications, strictly follow recruitment process, tracking status till coded
•Drive Leaders & Recruiters on their Personal Branding
•Effectively lead PP FME Events / Recruiting Profile-based potential customers
•Report Recruitment Pipelines (Tue & Thu, twice/week)   
•Other tasks
