About the role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development of Silicon Carbide (SiC) products.

This is your new job

  • Responsible for functionality & performance of the final product
  • Work together with simulations, layout and manufacturing teams
  • Develop and implement new technology concepts to manufacturing
  • Ensure the process integration of the full manufacturing route
  • Support the definition of test structures for technology characterization
  • Co-operate with internal and external development and production partners

This is you

  • PhD or Master ‘s Degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated working experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably SiC in industrial environment, depending on educational credentials
  • Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
  • Fluency in English, conversational German is desirable
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
