About the role:
The HR Associate will support shuttle operations and various HR administrative functions to ensure smooth employee services, efficient transport management, and effective workplace support systems.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, Sociology, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, administrative, or related support roles
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and accountability
- Good coordination and people-handling skills
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
What you will do:
- Manage and monitor daily employee shuttle services across all shifts
- Supervise shuttle operations, bus marshals, and supplier coordination
- Validate shuttle billing and ensure accuracy of service charges
- Manage shuttle concerns and provide timely resolution
- Conduct quarterly shuttle safety audits with EHS
- Review and assess shuttle pick-up points for efficiency and safety
- Provide transportation support for plant-wide and departmental activities
- Issue shuttle manifests and logs for security monitoring
- Manage shuttle ticket inventory and records
- Oversee locker and shoe rack issuance, maintenance, and repairs
- Handle locker key records and related deductions when applicable
- Manage timekeeping device access and turnstile entry systems
- Create HR EPPRs and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
- Monitor monthly service PO accrual reports
- Issue company IDs and access passes
- Conduct new hire orientation (shuttle, ID, timekeeping, meal allowance)
- Process BPI payroll account setup for new employees
- Maintain and update Employee Portal information
