Job Description

Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for driving business growth for  NXP’s eGovernment and Payment portfolio  for Payment Cards, Passports, ID cards and MIFARE use cases in the End market.
  • Coordinates with Business Line (BL), Field Application Engineer (FAE) and Sales to define & execute GTM strategy with high efficiency and qualit
  • Own and drive region specific KPIs – Opportunity Funnel management on Salesforce.com (SFDC) – DIN, DWIN, Revenue targets
  • Analyse & understand regional market trends, customer applications ,Competitor landscape & strategy for marketing strategy.
  • Provide feedback to product lines regarding regional market dynamics, product & solution needs, competition analysis.
  • Drive product related trainings and marketing campaigns for internal stakeholders (CAS, Sales) and external stakeholders (Channel partners, Eco-system partners, Customers).
  • Identify and develop eco-system partners to enable system solutions on NXP platform.

Requirements:

Experience: 12+ years

Master’s degree in electrical or Electronic Engineering

Knowledge and experience in eGovernment and Payment semiconductor products for Payment Cards, Passports, ID cards and MIFARE use cases

Prior experience in Payment, E-Government and MIFARE electronics  is   highly desired

  • Ability to perform effectively in a result‑driven environment, with strong capability in engaging, and building relationships with political entities as well as navigating complex external dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills  (verbal and written) in English
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability  to develop strong   business cases  for new and existing products
  • Proven  skills  in negotiating  pricing and contracts  versus key products  specs and features with  customers & experience in replying to public/government tenders
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, occasionally internationally
  • An ideal candidate would have at least 12+ years of relevant experience in related field, with at least 5 years of experience  in customer-facing roles – Business development, Solutions engineering, Technical Marketing, or similar roles.
