Job Description
- Lead a team of SREs to deliver engineering and incident support in some or all of the areas of ads, video, and information delivery (AViD) Sellside SRE and contribute to horizontal Ads and Commerece SRE programs to redefine reliability with AI.
- Align team members on tasks to ensure the team delivers on its priorities, ensuring that the team's annual objectives are aligned with dev partners and have measurable success criteria.
- Drive quarterly objectives and key results (OKR) planning, aligned with the annual objectives and agreed tactical projects, to ensure that each team member is contributing to team goals and providing incremental value.
- Meet regularly with team members to discuss performance and development, provide feedback ensure they deliver on their expectations, and grow new leaders within the team by nurturing their ability to execute autonomously.
