Job Description
Software Engineer, Senior
Department: Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Manila
Description
Infor, a multinational cloud computing software company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to build scalable, cloudnative solutions in support of our public health and healthcare customers. You will join a cross functional team responsible for the full software development lifecycle—from design and implementation through deployment and operations.
You will work across the stack, effectively using modern frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and third-party services to deliver secure, resilient, and maintainable applications. You should be a strong collaborator with a practical sense for usability and visual design, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment. As part of a small, focused engineering team, you will have significant influence over architecture, feature scope, and design decisions.
The Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) will use technologies and languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript to develop user-facing applications backed by secure, performant APIs and largescale data platforms. You will help evolve Infor Population Health Analytics (IPHA) solutions as cloudnative, observable, and easy to operate at scale in support of critical public health workloads.

* Apply superior judgment when evaluating design tradeoffs, selecting tools and techniques, and balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.
* Build and maintain comprehensive automated tests; troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade software to ensure responsiveness, reliability, and performance.
* Develop and operate well-structured services and applications that work with very large datasets on modern data platforms.
* Collaborate effectively with remote and cross-timezone teams, contributing to a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
