Descripción del puesto We are looking for a Creative Designer with experience developing and executing creative pieces for brand campaigns, product launches, and multichannel content. This role will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, visual quality, and adherence to creative guidelines. The ideal profile combines creative thinking, strong design skills, and production ability, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective and innovative visual solutions. Responsabilidades Design and execute creative pieces for campaigns, digital content, print, and other formats. Adapt and resize assets for different channels and platforms. Develop layouts, mockups, and visual proposals aligned with brand identity. Prepare and finalize files for digital and print production. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, bringing visual ideas. Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and production teams to ensure deliverables meet project objectives. Maintain visual consistency and graphic quality across all deliverables. Support and guide junior profiles, sharing best practices and technical knowledge. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Cualificaciones 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or similar creative roles. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Advanced knowledge of Figma, including mandatory understanding of Figma Variables (Tokens). Solid experience in digital and print design, including final file preparation. Knowledge of branding, composition, typography, and visual storytelling. Experience in campaign adaptation and multi-format asset production. Familiarity with tools such as XD or Sketch is a plus. Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia is desirable. Intermediate English level (B2).
