What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver on DAZN’s global influencer marketing strategy across performance, brand, and fan engagement objectives
- Build and maintain a central operating model that empowers regional teams through frameworks, guidelines, and toolkits
- Deliver the model which will standardise best practices for creator selection, contracting, briefing, activation, and measurement
- Act as a strategic partner to regional teams — providing support, approvals, and quality control on major campaigns
- Lead global influencer activations for key rights, partnerships, and brand moments
- Build and manage a central creator CRM and platform ecosystem for visibility and reporting
- Foster relationships with talent agencies, platforms, and tech partners to drive global collaboration and innovation
- Lead influencer marketing budget planning, tracking, and reporting at a central level
- Develop and lead a small high-impact central team, while working closely with dotted-line regional leads.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience leading influencer marketing strategies in a central or global capacity
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and how to scale influence programs across multiple geographies
- Experience building playbooks, frameworks, and central toolkits for use by local teams
- Deep knowledge of creator platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch) and creator marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Upfluence)
- Track record of leading successful campaigns in partnership with influencers, athletes, or public figures
- Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, legal, commercial, and comms
- Skilled at analysing performance and delivering insights that drive continuous improvement
- Passion for sport, digital culture, and creating fan-first content experiences.
