Job Description

・This role is responsible for new business development and solution-based sales of corporate cards and other payment solutions for corporate prospects, targeting mid-sized companies (particularly those with annual revenues of around JPY 10 billion or more in the middle-market segment).

・Reporting to a team leader, this is an acquiring sales position focused primarily on Japanese companies. The role involves approaching prospective mid-sized clients, securing appointments, conducting meetings, identifying needs, proposing solutions, and closing contracts.

・The key responsibilities of this role include
(1) strong listening skills to uncover customer needs,
(2) sharp analytical ability to identify underlying challenges, and
(3) the ability to propose high value-added solutions aligned with those needs and challenges.
Through these, the role drives cost reduction, workflow efficiency, enhanced governance, and digital transformation—ultimately contributing to the client’s business growth.

・The role carries full responsibility for all sales activities required to secure new client contracts and generate revenue through card usage.

・To perform effectively, the role also involves building relationships with client decision-makers, differentiating our solutions through deep product knowledge, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

・After contract signing, expanding revenue by driving card usage—through introductions to key merchants and partner merchants—will also be an important responsibility.

・This is a highly rewarding position that supports mid-sized companies in streamlining expense management, strengthening governance, reducing costs, improving expense visibility, and advancing digitalization, thereby contributing significantly to their business growth.
