As the Operations Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - making sure the casino floor runs seamlessly while creating an experience that keeps customers coming back. This is a key leadership role in the club.
You’ll take full ownership - from tables and slots, driving performance, elevating the customer experience and making sure everything runs seamlessly, safely and profitably.
Working closely with the General Manager, as the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Grosvenor Business Plan to life - driving growth, elevating the experience and setting the standard for what great looks like.
What you’ll be doing
Own the operation - delivering smooth, efficient day-to-day performance across all products
Drive commercial results - maximising yield, margins and occupancy
Lead from the front - building a confident, capable and engaged gaming team
Set the standard for customer experience - spotting opportunities and raising the bar
Bring the omni-channel offer to life through brilliant team interaction with customers
Make data work for you - using insight to improve performance and fix underperformance fast
Run a tight operation - managing rotas, labour costs, and gaming coverage effectively
Keep it compliant - ensuring all regulatory, legislative and internal standards are met
Build talent pipelines - coaching, developing and creating clear pathways for progression
Create a culture that works - inclusive, fair and focused on high performance
What you’ll bring
Proven experience leading a casino gaming operation
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering sales and yield targets
Deep knowledge of UK gaming
A current PML licence
A natural leader - clear, credible and able to inspire high standards
Passion for customer experience and delivering something special on the floor
Confident handling EDD & Responsible Gambling conversations
A proven track record and ability to lead a team of people
