Explore your tasks and responsibilities
• Engineering planning and design reviewing of design data from client.
• Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
• Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
• Provide technical direction or supervision to junior engineers, engineering or computer-aided design (CAD) technicians, or other technical personnel.
• Design or select equipment for use in process utility system to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Evaluate current processes and develop improvements to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Create standards and specifications for processes and facilities.
• Assist in the establishment of timelines and budgets.
Show your expertise
• Prefer to have in-depth technical knowledge in any of the process utility systems, i.e., WFI (Water for injection), PW (Pure Water), UPW (Ultrapure Waste), DIW (Deionized Water Systems), wastewater, gas (bulk and specialty gases) or chemical systems.
• Experience working with process utility systems for pharmaceutical, biochemical or semiconductor industries.
• Demonstrated ability to solve highly technical problems.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Project management experience a plus.
