This role sits at the forefront of AI-driven enterprise transformation, combining deep Salesforce expertise with next-generation Agentforce and generative AI capabilities. You will design and architect advanced intelligent solutions that reshape customer engagement, automate workflows, and unlock new business value for global clients. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, project managers, and solution architects to translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures. You will play a key role in defining end-to-end Agentforce solutions, including agents, automation logic, data structures, and deployment strategies.
