As a Salesforce Support Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving Salesforce and its integrated systems. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations, empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. How you'll make an impact Resolve escalated Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and reliability. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex configurations, integrations, and automations. Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and deploy solutions. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve platform performance. Document solutions and contribute to a shared knowledge base for continuous learning. Recommend enhancements to optimize Salesforce functionality and user experience. About you Has 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Level 2 Support Analyst. Understands Salesforce configurations deeply, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar platforms. Excels at troubleshooting flows, automations, user access, and object configurations. Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to every challenge. Thrives in enterprise support environments and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. We value diverse perspectives and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
